These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ezrah Couture website and the purchase of our products. Ezrah Couture is operated by Baş Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Made-to-Order Nature
All Ezrah Couture pieces are made upon purchase and crafted individually. Production begins after your order is placed, with a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks before dispatch. Because each piece is produced to order, all sales are final except in the cases described in our Returns policy.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Any local currency shown is for reference only and the amount charged is the USD price at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Product Presentation
We take great care to present our creations accurately. Slight variations in colour, texture, and hand-finished detail are inherent to couture and are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, images, text, graphics, and the Ezrah Couture name and marks—is the property of Baş Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezrah Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
