Returns

Each Ezrah Couture creation is made upon purchase and crafted individually for you. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference.

We warmly encourage you to contact us before ordering if you would like guidance on sizing or the details of a particular piece, so that we can help you choose with confidence.

Exceptions

We stand behind the quality of our work. A refund or replacement will be offered only in the following cases:

• The item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
• The item received is not the item that was ordered.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, its packaging, to info@ezrahcouture.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds

Where a return is accepted under the exceptions above, any refund is issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.
