Shipping

Every Ezrah Couture piece is made upon purchase and crafted individually in our atelier. Please allow a production lead time of 4–6 weeks before your order is dispatched.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide. Once your garment leaves our atelier, it is sent via express courier and typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Duties & Import Taxes

Prices at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before ordering.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
